Submit only information and files you are authorized to share. You retain ownership of your submissions; we may process them to respond to you and administer the relevant request. Submitting a story does not, by itself, give permission to publish it or use someone's likeness in marketing. Any public use must follow the permissions obtained for that use.

4. Donations and payment services

Review the amount, recipient, and any payment-service terms before authorizing a donation. Payments may be handled by external services whose own terms and privacy policies apply. A donation does not guarantee acceptance into a program or receipt of assistance.

If a donation was made in error or without authorization, contact us promptly at the email below and contact your payment provider where appropriate. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund policy or limit any refund or dispute rights provided by law or the payment service.

Tax deductibility depends on applicable law and your circumstances. If you receive apparel or another benefit in exchange for a contribution, only the eligible amount exceeding the benefit's fair market value may be deductible. Contact us for receipt or benefit-value information; we do not promise that every payment is fully tax-deductible.

5. Apparel and the online shop

Apparel purchases through the FMG online shop are subject to the product details, prices, availability, shipping, and return terms shown at that store and at checkout. These website terms do not replace those purchase terms or your statutory consumer rights.

Our website links to the FMG online shop at fmgfoundation.shop. Purchases are completed at that external store, not through this website's contact form. A contact request does not place an order, reserve merchandise, confirm payment, or promise a delivery date.

6. Programs, events, and vendor applications

Applying does not guarantee approval, a booth, assistance, or enrollment. Eligibility, capacity, event details, and any applicable fees or participation conditions are provided for the particular opportunity. Confirm the latest information with us before making plans. Event dates and details may change.

Any separate registration, vendor agreement, consent form, or event-specific safety requirements apply to that activity. These website terms are not an event-injury waiver or a release of claims.

7. Youth and privacy

Parents and legal guardians should assist young people with forms, payments, and program registration. Participation involving a minor may require separate parent or guardian consent. Nothing here removes protections provided to minors by applicable law. Please avoid submitting sensitive information that a form does not request.

Marketing and promotional messages may include special offers, discounts, new product updates, and related promotions. You opt in only to the category you affirmatively select at the phone number you provide. Messages may be recurring and sent using automated technology.

Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchasing, donating, receiving assistance, or submitting a contact request. Providing a phone number or submitting a form without selecting a text-message checkbox does not authorize that text-message program. You confirm that you are authorized to consent for the number provided; contact us if your number changes or is reassigned.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Reply STOP to a message to opt out, or contact us using the information below to withdraw consent by another reasonable method. We will honor opt-out requests as required by law; you may receive one non-promotional confirmation of your opt-out. A new affirmative opt-in is required before further program messages resume.
